Each browser gives the ability to export data that can be downloaded and saved 


Lets go through the different exports from each browser



NJDOT SLD Sheet Viewer 


  1. Go to the Sheet Viewer
  2. Select which sheet you would like to export (reference How To - Sheet Viewer if you don't know how to do this) 
  3. Click the Print PDF icon
  4. A new webpage will pop up with your new PDF
  5. Download or print and save to your computer 
  6. The download will print sheet by sheet not multiple sheets 






NJDOT SLD Video Log 


  1. Go to the Video Log 
  2. Select which video log you would like to export (reference How To - Video Log if you don't know how to do this) 
    1. These will be broken up into route and milepost segments
  3. Click the print PDF icon 
  4. A new webpage will pop up with your new PDF 
  5. Download or print and save to your computer 
  6. The video log prints image by image, you cannot export the entire video log




NJDOT Data Browser 


  1. Go to the Data Browser
  2. Select which attribute or data that you want to export (reference How To - Data Browser if you don't know how to do this)
  3. Click on the print PDF icon
  4. A new webpage will pop up with your new PDF 
  5. This will print only the page that you are on within the browser.
  6. You can also export all of the data at once in the form of an excel sheet 
  7. Next to the table name and page number click the "Export Excel" button
  8. This will automatically download an excel sheet with ALL data from that table
  9. From here you can save the file and edit it however you want




NJDOT Photo Book Creator


  1.  Go to any of the browsers and click the photo book link in the top right corner. This will take you to the photobook creator  
  2. Input all information that is needed for the sequence of photos that you want
    1. Category, SRI, Direction, Camera, Print, Mileposting Limits 
  3.  Click Generate and give the program a minute to produce the photo book 
  4. A book of images and data will be produced
  5. This will give you a sequence of photos of the route along with information and data about that route such as Speed Limit, Traffic Volume, Inventory Date and more 
  6. You can download, save, or print the book 
  • To minimize the downloading time for a Photo Book it is ideal to only do a 1/10th of a mile range at a time.
